I have gotten kidney stones frequently since 2006

Cut out tea, nuts, potatoes, chocolate, whole grains, carrots, spinach, and everything else. Keep my sodium around 1500mg/day

    I still form them prolifically

I had a 2cm stone back in March that they tried blasting and ended up getting chunks of the stone stuck between the stent and the wall of my ureter. After keeping the stent in for 3 months my urologist gave up and another one picked me up. When he went in to laser the stones, he had to laser chunks that had adhered to the stent before he could get it out

They shockwaved my other side last month and got the newer stent out and had my follow up today and there’s two more little ones on the left side already forming up

    Next step is an endocrinologist

That author of chemistry books, something like Joe Schwarz, was torpedoing the “alkaline diet”, where he pointed-out that nearly every chemistry in one’s body is buffered, to keep the pH the same … except urine.

He identified that acidic urine produces 1 set of kinds-of-stones, & alkaline urine produces a different set of kinds-of-stones, & that if one wants to reduce kidney-stones, it is best to produce pH-neutral urine, through the same kind of diet-manipulations that the alkaline-diet people use, or avoid, but with different intent.

I hope you get free from all abusive medical-conditions, as living is better without 'em.

IF doing the experiment produces helpful results, THEN good, eh?
