Lemmy world holds 39% of the lemmyverse, that’s too much people under one instance. We need to spread out more, we need more representation of smaller instances on the fediverse.
Okay, so as I was suspecting this has nothing to do with proportional representation in the government of Canada. Or in general, really, because the Fediverse is not a government and “holding 39%” doesn’t have any particular voting power.
And I’m not even in the “lemmyverse” for that matter, I’m on an mbin instance. If you want to gripe about the ecosystem being dominated by particular elements perhaps that’s an even bigger issue to look at.
