    Consumers’ most common gripe had to do with billing issues, up 47 per cent from the previous year, including unexpected charges, surprise price increases, or failure by carriers to provide promised credits or refunds.

    Uh-oh.

    They’ve also pressed for cost reductions internally. A friend of mine left Telus recently due to attrition-driving conditions.

    Remember that Bell and Telus are owned by the Big Five and as such they’re constantly being pushed for profit growth.

      They should consider wiping out their entire c-suite of staff and let the workers take over.

      Not only would these companies absolutely boom, but imagine how good it would look that they were able to cut a small handful of jobs and save their company millions of dollars a year.

        Haha, yeah. That would be great for most Canadians but it wouldn’t be too good for their major shareholders would it. 😄

      Huh? Bell and Telus are the big guys. I mean for media you have Rogers and Bell as the big boys.
