      Nope, governments actually last a little bit longer under proportional representation and what’s wrong coalitions when the most popular party often does not win a majority of the votes. You do have the right to force your policy down everyone’s throats with 39% of the vote.

        Tell the Belgians and the Dutch that 😄 I couldn’t with a quick web search find anything supporting that, but if you mean that governments sit two periods in a row more often, I believe you.
