As the news so helpfully pointed out at the start of 2022, it’s because Ukranians look white

It shouldn’t be surprising, in the addition to the lack of discipline, propaganda actually works.

Yeah, the US did. They’re still considered at war since no peace treaty has been signed the US is officially still at war with them.

So I’m not in tune to the same news you are, I guess… when did the US invade North Korea?

Please don’t be snarky. I’m asking in good faith, I’m genuinely curious and trying to be open-minded.

The 1950s, where the US Empire committed genocide against Koreans (on both sides of the parallel).

70 years is oddly convenient choice.

            Ok how about this

Have they been invaded since their permanent borders were established in 1953?

Again, very convenient: only an invasions are to be considered. Thank you for making my point.

I hate to be on the same side as a .world chud, but, like, this is a question about invasion not all the other myriad fuckery and provocations.

Weird that all the people in the places they are fighting are Russian speaking Ukrainians that mostly moved into Russia during this war after being violently repressed by the Ukrainian government when they voted to join Russia and were denied

Oh no, certainly not. Actually I will admit I didn’r even see that word when I wrote my comment. Replace “empire” with “country” though and I would stand by my comment.

The DPRK doesn’t have a massive international propaganda network, though. Support for the DPRK outside the DPRK comes from analysis of the DPRK, not from propaganda.
