    Yes. There are a lot of people upset if you throw your vote away or do not vote at all because you are not represented at all. Even if you regularly protest and try contacting your local government representatives. Both are the same thing really. I mean spoiled votes are counted but you have to deep dive the elections Canada website to get any kind of count of them. There is no reporting so it’s not any more useful than not voting at all in my opinon. Political parties, MP’s, MLA’s and even county councillors just write you off as a non voter either way if you even mention you are disenfranchised in my experience.
