I always hear about high-speed rail, whether it’s provincial or federal and its always just before an election.
So ya, i don’t believe they are serious about this at all.

Blizzard hasn’t been able to make a new tank or support with out it being a “dps” they clearly have no idea how to do this. Maybe they should admit this and remove the support and tank roles and make everything a dps.
