Let’s be honest though, most managers, maybe ~60% could be replaced by AI. If you want evidence, think of anyone who goes to meetings, and those who go to meetings all day element 90% of meetings, at minimal. Those jobs shouldn’t exist. They are what people like Bezos/Musk believe should not exist.

Unless the chart is readable on the bus driving towards you and you’re deciding if you want to get on, yes. Step 1 for getting on a bus shouldn’t be, access the Internet in my opinion. Nor should every other corner need to have signage and what not that blocks walking access and the view of drivers/pedestrians if we are going to share the same traveling spaces. I just want to see the bus, and say I can take that up 15 blocks to save the walk in the rain.

Well I couldn’t see 1, so my brain went to where 2 should be, and saw Hydrogen, which told me shit was fucked. Ain’t nothing noble about no Hydrogen. That change alone would make water near impossible to exist and all life on earth to have never occurred.
I’m not sure why it bothers me that they didn’t use the actual periodic table and replace one element for the joke. Instead it’s all jumbled and misnumbered.

I’ve been using them for years, it’s been good for all of my uses. Their prices are cheaper than what I see from other companies. I haven’t used their dedicated IP service yet, but if it is as decent as the rest of their services it should be good.

I wonder if classification has made the mass shooting numbers look different. In the 90s I remember everyone just blamed gangs. Shoot out in a parking lot, “they were probably in a gang.”. But soon as you list gun violence under gang related, it no longer falls under mass shooting according to the FBI and such. So even if 6 people get killed, that incident wouldn’t show up.
Today I rarely see people lumping acts into something like that.
It’s a fun line, but can get frustrating if you don’t have relations with other departments who you can ping to get things done quickly. Distribution list with a few hundred users, suddenly can’t update it with any of your 4 accounts. MFA for VPN you can change but can’t alter/add specific security groups they need because you don’t have the access so you end up just needing to have someone you know will respond via chat and just throw them an ID sec group, ticket number and such and tell them you’ll contact the user and test everything after so they don’t have to fuck around with it, and you can get things done quicker than routing it and finding out someone kicked the ticket into the abyss because they read something wrong.

I don’t want to give grok/such the traffic but is it much less personable? Like did some of these people become friends with an AI, then get forced to move to an AI that treats them worse?
I’ve never tried to have a conversation with one like that. I did try to ask one to help me figure out what was wrong with a docker container I was trying to set up. Think I ended up just tossing it and starting from scratch after I had clearly set something up wrong initially, then got the AI just went in loops trying to get me to try the same things over and over. Haven’t tried them recently
