I’m confused how this would increase Loblaws profits?
So no example of a city that has successfully implemented all these ideas and was better for it?
Because there’s lots of cities that have successfully done mostly the opposite and are better for it (Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Montreal, Paris, Bergen, Oulu, etc)

Did a lil research and it looks like it would indeed be in the 10% ish range for my city, but yea sounds like it’s too high in some areas.

From my experience it was more like 5-10% cost was taxes
I feel like a lot of people retire with much much less than “millions”. Might not be a super comfortable retirement but, def doable.
