1 day agoI don’t know about OP but in México when you get your driver’s license, passport or file taxes, fingerprints and iris recognition are a must, no exceptions.

The IRS thing (Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público in México) has been a thing for a while, the driver’s license was new as for last year as far as I know.
