Bluetooth has its own equivalent of a MAC address, which can’t be spoofed (or maybe can be but is never because it would make you resync your headphones). GrapheneOS automatically turns off bluetooth every X hours its unused for that reason.
24·4 days agoGnome was my first WM. Modern Gnome provides the best macOS-like experience on Linux. I stopped using Gnome years ago because hostility to ANY customization means EVERY Gnome update breaks SOMETHING I want until Gnome Tweaks or whatever works around it 6 months later. It’s a really shitty altitude for a Linux WM to have, honestly. I use KDE now.

In what way is using NextDNS telling them your IP changes? You’re not using an API token bound to an account. Unless you’re resolving a domain you personally own, anybody could be resolving ubuntu.com or whatever.
It also would have prevented the 4+ million killed in Iraq, and 9/11 itself because Bin Laden would still be getting help from the CIA against the Soviets.

So is every other non-.pizza domain, which is ridiculous, also that’s for like somereallybadlongname.com. coolsite.info should NOT cost a dollar a month to exist.
Privacy is resistance
It really doesn’t. Years ago I started using my own domain on one of the less desirable TLDs of the late 2000’s. By the 2020’s though, anything that’s not .blarg or .pizza or some bullshit is considered premium and so the cost to keep owning the domain I bought exponentially rose until I said “fuck it” to the cost. You never own a domain, you rent it, and the rent can spike by an infinite amount over time.
