Yes basically all of our machines are Linux.
Test driven development means you write the test case first and then never write any additional tests.
The part I hate is how many overconfident internet technicians will be like “well ackshually the metaphor isn’t that far off” completely missing the very important difference between an information channel and a power channel and what the capacity limits are for each.
For example, free space is a pretty great information channel, but it absolutely sucks for reliably transmitting fluids.
The one thing you can’t do with IPv6 is yell the address across the room to the technician plugged into the switch trying to ping the node.
Meh, the idea of having every address be globally routable makes a lot of sense. NAT is a great bandaid but it’s still a bandaid. It still limits how peer to peer and multicast applications function, especially on larger networks.
I had a song back in the day “The devil went to silicon valley” where he fought Bill Gates for patents, and as far as I can tell there is no reference to the song anywhere on the Internet anymore.
Trump hates it when other people have agency.
I’d just like to interject for a moment. What you’re refering to as Linux, is in fact, GNU/systemd/Linux, or as I’ve recently taken to calling it, GNU plus systemd Linux.
Never vibe uphill!
No, not that very obvious thing that people have been saying for years! I simply refuse to believe it!
I don’t buy this “increased potency” argument as it sounds like the same anti-weed shit they’ve been saying since the 90s. We had concentrates and hash and vaporizers in the 2000s. Potency of the flower doesn’t matter much when you can rip volcano vapes from dawn till dusk. All these “CHS” stories also always mention the dumb “hurr Cannabis psychosis” shit which is the other Hallmark of old anti weed propaganda that makes me skeptical.
Idk, it kind of feels like hysteria or some related comorbidity with munchies. I’ve definitely known people who make themselves sick over and over again from eating too many Doritos
It’s generally slow as fuck
Didn’t GTA 5 make like eight BILLION dollars?
Working in a remote environment
Compared to Canada a lot more flights from EU to US are for family and work. Comparatively, lot of EU tourism happens within that context, instead of just random destination travel.
Bojack remake looking pretty lit.
Maybe we can all go back to AIM
I get feeling let down about the localization, but to review bomb over it does feel particularly fragile, even for gamers.
