  • I dunno. I keep remembering what my old Pebble did, and how well it did, and nothing more… And yep, I want it back.

Basically, a dumb watch, with an HR monitor, accelerometer, and could sync that data to my phone app.

Its API let me do cool things like pause/unpause my music while running, which was nice. But, it required the apps to be have an API for doing so.

Battery? The thing went an entire week between charges.

Yes, but we don’t have proof that universe can’t generate new matter.

True… we also don’t have proof there isn’t a tea pot orbiting our Sun since it’s creation, either.

However, there’s also a complete lack of evidence of it.

You cannot prove a negative. The evidence says no new matter can be created. No evidence that new matter gets created. Therefore, we work on the model of no new matter creation.

Yes, sorry… the militia clause, as its known

The purpose of the militia is to put down insurrection, not to engage in it.

The word “regulated” has had only one actual meaning… the same as it means to regulate interstate commerce.

And only a couple of years later, the militia acts passed.
