Hotels/Motels have extra fees they need to pay to the municipality, why should short term rentals be any different?

    Maybe you don’t need two cottages in Calabogie that you rent out if you’re not going to treat it as a real business.

    I would love a cottage there, I have zero cottages. This guy has two in one area.
