Arent Mental disabilities and mental health issues different? When I hear someone talk about a mental disability I think of something like a learning disability, or autism. I dont believe they have the propensity to be violent anymore or less than the average. Mental health, however, I think are more states of the mind and can happen to anyone with or without mental disability. Mental health episodes cause one to think and believe in extraordinary circumstances which causes people to do extraordinary things. Im fairly certain thats what the op was talking about.

So, normal people having a bad day. We must aggressively treat people having bad days, even if they don’t consent to treatment, because normies are a violent threat to public safety.

Less ironically, I don’t agree with your distinction. When people say that “mental issues” cause people to shoot up a school, I think they are talking about serious psychological disorders, not a transient state of mind that might happen to anyone. They are unconsciously looking for an “other” to blame.

No its a little more than a bad day. Im getting the idea that you are taking what people say in bad faith so im not going to say anymore. I recommend getting help.
